Living History Day

Location: Old Aurora Colony Museum
15018 Second St NE, Aurora, OR 97002

Event Details: Celebrate summer at the Old Aurora Colony Museum! Bring the family to see pioneer-era activities in the charming courtyard and watch craftspeople demonstrate such skills as blacksmithing, spinning, baking, and woodworking. And while Covid-19 restrictions don’t allow us to have our usual hands-on projects for kids, they will be able to choose a craft kit to take home.

Cost: Special half-price admission on August 8 only:
Family $10;
Individuals $3;
AAA & Seniors $2.50;
Children 5 and under FREE

Safety: Museum buildings and exhibits will be open with social distancing and mask regulations observed. Most demonstrations will be outdoors in the courtyard—come enjoy some fresh air, sunshine, and history!
